Our participation in Cannes Marche du Film was developed in the days from 22 to 26 June 2020 in online mode following the regulations in force due to the epidemiological emergency from COVID 19. The online mode on the Marchedufilm. online portal has certainly not made interaction with foreign realities and markets less effective, thanks also to the interaction between the many platforms available today, including Cinando and Vimeo.

MARCH 2020 LAZIO REGION CALL FOR RESTORATION AND DIGITIZATION

In 2019, Red Post Production gets the contribution of the Lazio Region relating to the Restoration and Digitization Call for cinematographic works, for the production of the title "LA REGINA DI SABA ", a 1952 film directed by Pietro Francisci

Our participation in the European Film Market took place from February 20 to February 27, 2020. Our company used the Italian Pavillon as a logistical point of reference, a physical place of reference and centrality for Italian audiovisual operators.

DECEMBER 2019 - ROME

In December 2019, Red Post Production obtained for the second consecutive year the contribution of the Ministry of Culture, relating to the Call for the Digitization of the cinematographic and audiovisual heritage (year 2018). The audiovisual material of the project is divided into two parts. The first “Rome city of art”, made up of 15 documentaries from the “Roma Imago Urbis” series, shot from 1987 to 1992 under the direction of Luigi Bazzoni. The second part instead "Rome nel cinema" is made up of three feature film titles. "Una vita violenta" of 1962 directed by Paolo Heusch and Brunello Rondi. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Pasolini and tells strong stories with a neorealist flavor. "Uomini si nasce, poliziotti si muore" directed by Ruggero Deodato, instead, is a crime film of the 70s. Finally, " La donna è una cosa meravigliosa " directed by Mauro Bolognini is an episodic film based on the woman theme.

SEPTEMBER 2019 - FESTIVAL DI VENEZIA INDUSTRY

Our participation in the 76th edition of the International Film Festival took place from 28 August to 7 September 2019. Within this event we met numerous operators and in particular we had contracts for the creation of two products of post production which are: WHITE FLOWERS directed by Marco De Angelis and Antonio Di Trapani, Solaria Film production and AQUILE RANDAGIE directed by Gianni Aureli, Cinematographic Fiction Production.

MAY 2019 - MARCHÉ DU FILM CANNES

Our participation in the 72nd edition of the Cannes Film Festival - Marche du Film took place from 14 to 25 May 2019. Our company used the Italian Pavillon as a logistical point of reference, a physical place of reference and centrality for Italian operators of cinema. Among the various activities carried out, was finalized the contract for the digitization of the restoration of an Italian / Swiss film entitled Promised Lande directed by Michael Beltrame, produced by Amka Film (Switzerland), Orione Cinematografica-Istituto Luce (Italy)

DECEMBER 2018 - ROME

In December 2018, Red Post Production gets the contribution of the Ministry of Culture, relating to the Call for the Digitization of cinematographic heritage. The titles proposed for the restoration and digitization work belong to the catalog of Minerva Pictures, historical brand of Italian cinema, Project title: IL CINEMA ITALIANO: vecchi e nuovi autori da (ri)scoprire. The proposed selection of genre films that it is part of a trend of rediscovery by now consolidated and testified by numerous historical and critical studies, which have rightly emphasized the importance of the Italian genre film.
